BREAD ROLL SERVICE
Do you want to enjoy your vacation to the fullest - for example with fresh bread rolls in the morning without leaving your apartment? Take advantage of our bread roll service - simply give us your order via What's App for the next morning by 11 a.m. You will find the rolls you ordered in front of your apartment door from 7:30 a.m. or after.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is possible from 2:30 p.m. Check-out by 9:30 a.m. at the latest - if you would like to spend the day of your departure in Serfaus, please let us know. You are welcome to park your car with us for longer.

PETS
Dogs are welcome; a fee of €20 per night will be charged.

WLAN
It can be used in all areas and is free of charge. More information can be found in your room.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept cash, EC cards, and all major credit cards. Please check your card limits before paying.

PARKING SPACES
Free of charge right outside the front door.

SKI ROOM
We have a ski room with a boot dryer.

CANCELLATIONS
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, 29 to 7 days 30% is due, from 6 days before arrival 70% of the total stay is due! For late arrivals or no-shows, 90% of the total is charged.

DEPOSIT
30% deposit via bank transfer up to 7 days after booking; remaining amount can be paid on-site. 
 

Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with a child's bed, high chair, diaper pail, changing mats, baby monitor, bottle warmer, and high chair with newborn attachment.
